dip Corporation

dip Corporation operates two core businesses: a Human Resource Services business and a DX (Digital Transformation) business. The HR Services segment provides internet-based job listing platforms—most notably 'Baito-ru' for part-time/hourly workers, 'Baito-ru NEXT' for full-time employment seekers, 'Hatarako.net' for general job searches, and staffing introduction services for nurses and caregivers—connecting job seekers with employers across Japan. The DX segment, launched in September 2019, offers a suite of cloud-based 'Cobot' automation and digital tools tailored to small and mid-sized enterprises, covering areas such as recruitment page creation, interview scheduling automation, HR/labor management, and marketing optimization (MEO and SNS).
