Mortgage Service Japan Limited

Japan Mortgage Service Co., Ltd. (MSJ) is a housing finance company that provides mortgage loans—primarily Flat 35 long-term fixed-rate loans in partnership with the Japan Housing Finance Agency—as well as variable-rate and bridging loans to homebuyers through a BtoBtoC model via housing developers and agents. Through its subsidiaries, the group also offers housing defect warranty insurance (one of only five nationally designated providers), housing performance evaluations, ground warranties, and post-delivery housing warranty and cloud-based management systems. The group employs a cross-selling, stacked business model covering loans, insurance, and warranties across the full housing lifecycle, positioning itself as the only company in Japan capable of delivering this integrated suite alongside cloud services.
