Service Fees

• Solo plan (1 user): ¥33,000/mo (incl. tax, beta pricing. Standard price: ¥66,000/mo)
• Team plan (1–10 users): ¥82,500/mo (incl. tax, beta pricing. Standard price: ¥165,000/mo)
  For Team plans of 11+ users, ¥82,500/mo is added per each block of 10 users (beta pricing).
• Enterprise plan: from ¥550,000/mo (incl. tax)
  * Pricing and details are provided upon inquiry.
  Contract terms and payment methods (including invoice-based billing) are governed by individual agreements.
• Deal Analysis Add-on (integrated DCF / LBO / WACC analysis): ¥55,000/mo (incl. tax, beta pricing. Standard price: ¥110,000/mo). Up to 2 target companies. ¥55,000/mo is added for each additional 2-company block. LBO analysis features are coming soon and will be included in this add-on at no additional cost upon release.

* Customers who register during the beta period will retain beta pricing permanently after official launch (30-day email notice for any changes).

* All prices include consumption tax.

Fees Other Than the Service Price

None. No bank transfer or payment processing fees apply. Internet connection costs are the customer's responsibility.

Payment Timing & Methods

Solo / Team: Monthly automatic billing via credit card (Stripe). Regardless of the day of the month you sign up, that first month is billed in full with no daily proration; subsequent charges occur automatically on the 1st of each month. Add-ons: billed in full with no daily proration based on your add-on start date; subsequent charges occur automatically on that same day each month.
Enterprise: Invoice-based payment available (monthly; due within 30 days of invoice issuance). Details are governed by individual agreements.

Service Availability

Available immediately upon payment completion (typically within a few minutes).

Contract Period & Registration Conditions

Monthly auto-renewal. Agreement to the Terms of Service is a condition of registration. Add-ons require an active Solo / Team plan (or Enterprise contract); standalone add-on subscriptions are not available.

Service Conditions

• User seats: Solo = 1 user, Team = up to 10 users (additional in blocks of 10), Enterprise = as defined per agreement.
• Deal Analysis Add-on: up to 2 target companies per subscription (additional ¥55,000/mo per additional 2-company block). LBO analysis features are coming soon.
• API calls and generation count: subject to Fair Use Policy (excessive generation may be temporarily throttled).

Cancellation & Refunds

As this is a monthly subscription, you may request cancellation at any time. Your request is accepted immediately upon submission, and you keep normal access through the end of the current billing period (for Solo/Team plans, this is the end of that calendar month). No further charge occurs after that (no mid-cycle cancellation or prorated refunds).
No refunds are provided for the current month's fees once charged.
Cancellation channels: Add-on cancellation = Settings → Addon tab → Cancel; Plan / tenant cancellation = Settings → Danger tab; Other = email hello@beluuga.ai.
Data is retained for 30 days after tenant cancellation, then permanently deleted (see the Privacy Policy for details).

System Requirements

Recommended browsers: latest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Safari and Firefox are also supported, with possible minor layout differences).
Mobile devices can view content, but model generation, editing, and Excel export are recommended on desktop (1024×768 or higher, stable internet connection).

Incident Response & Support

Outages and scheduled maintenance are communicated via in-service notices and registered email addresses.
SLA: During the beta period, no uptime SLA is guaranteed. The Service is operated on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.
